The Cinema Rehiyon Film Festival is the flagship project of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts of The Philippines (NCCA). It is said that this is the most important events for filmmakers as it gathers directors from all over the country in one place. Each year there is a different hosting city for 2019 the festival will take place in Dumaguete.
