The Abrenian Heritage Film Festival is accepting short films until April 30th, 2021. (Content must be interesting and based on reliable information, one that unites the Cordillerans, Ilocanos and Metro Manila communities).

General Rules:
– The festival accepts short films (narrative or documentaries) of 3-5 minutes long.
–  Content must be interesting and based on reliable information, one that unites the Cordillerans, Ilocanos and Metro Manila communities.
– The theme for this year will be: Culture in Crisis: Arts Fighting to Survive Covid-19 Impact.
– Synopsis should not exceed the 100 words.
– Submission Fee: FREE
– Deadline: April 30th, 2021
