The 1st Abrenian Heritage Film Festival will open with the screening of Himpapawid (Manila Skies) by Raymond Red and close activities with the screening of Ma’Rosa by Brillante Mendoza. The festival will take place on September 28th & 29th at the Oval Era Cinemas in Bengued City, Abra Province (Philippines). Admission Price is $150 pesos.
