The Lutas Negros Oriental Film Festival (Philippines) is accepting short films until October 12th, 2019. Here you can find more information about their Call for Entry. *Only for Negros Oriental filmmakers*
General Rules:
– The call is open to all amateur or professional filmmaker of Negros Oriental.
– Short Films must have been produced between September 2018 – September 2019.
– Short Films should not exceed 15 minutes in length, including opening and closing credits.
– Short Films submitted previously are not eligible.
– The entries may use English or Cebuano, but all are encouraged to use the latter since you are representing your region. All entries must have English subtitles for foreign viewers.
– Winners will have the chance to qualify and join Cinema Rehiyon.
– Submission Fee: FREE
– Deadline: October 12th, 2019
