9th Pelikultura – Calabarzon Film Festival – Call for Entry 2019

The Pelikultura – Calabarzon Film Festival is accepting short films until January 4th, 2019. Here you can find more information about their call for entry. *Note: The festival only accepts films from Filipino Filmmakers*

General Rules:
Short Film Competition (Student Category): Open to ALL students residing in Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon). Films must be at least 5 minutes long and should not exceed 30 minutes.
Short Film Competition (Open Category): Open to all non-student filmmakers residing in Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon). Films must be at least 5 minutes long and should not exceed 30 minutes.
#Buhayelbi Short Film Competition: Open ONLY to students currently residing in Los Baños, Laguna Films must be 2 – 3 minutes only. Films must be in line with the theme, Buhay Elbi.
The Special Exhibition Films: Open to all Filmmakers.
– All submissions should be original feature-length or short films of any genre and format.
– Films must be completed after January 2018.
– Entries should be a narrative film and may be shot in live action or animation. Experimental narratives are also accepted.
– Films should have English subtitiles in cnosideration of foreign audience.
– Submissions should be done via their website.
– The festival gives Cash Awards.
Submission Fee: FREE
Deadline: January 4th, 2019
