Sine Abierto is accepting short films from Filipino senior high school and college students until March 31st, 2019. Here you can find more information about their call.
The festival organized by the Thomasian Film Society of University of Santo Tomas is an event dedicated to senior high school and college students.
General Rules:
– Short films must be produced between January 2018 to March 2019.
– Short Films should not exceed 15 minutes inclusive of Opening and Closing Credits.
– Original, in public domain, or licensed music must be used.
– Any Philippine dialect may be used, but an English subtitle is a must.
– Films with profanities are not allowed.
– Submission Fee: $ 150 PHP
– Deadline: March 31st, 2019.
