The Asia TV Forum & Market is accepting projects for their pitching sessions; ATF Chinese Pitch (until 30 September 2021), ATF Animation Pitch, and ATF Formats Pitch (both until October 1st, 2021). Pitch your projects to the best people in the industry.

This year the Asia TV Forum & Market 2021 will have a hybrid edition, ATF in-person will take place from 1 – 3 December 2021 in Marina Bay Sands (Singapore). ATF Online+ will go online from 1 December 2021 until June 2022. Stay engaged and experience Asia’s leading entertainment content market wherever you are.

ATF Chinese Pitch 2021 is the premier Asian pitching competition for creators and producers of innovative concepts for new and original scripts for the development of a theatrical/online movie (Pitch 1), and an online drama series (Pitch 2). This is the platform to showcase and expose ideas for export to and development in all Chinese-speaking territories. Open to all creators and producers from across the globe.

General Rules:
– Open to all creators and producers across the globe to present their new and original scripts for the production of a theatrical/online movie and/or an online drama series.
– The working language will be Chinese (Simplified). English entries will be translated into Chinese, as all finished production is targeted at Chinese-speaking territories globally.
– Applicants shall submit all required pitch materials to present their new script concepts.
– Pitch Entries must not contain third party copyrighted materials, images or music without the applicant first obtaining all necessary licenses, clearances, releases and/or permissions. Applicants who do not hold copyright ownership of the Pitch Entry or any elements contained within must obtain written consent and agreement from the rights owner to be bound by the Rules and at Reed Exhibitions’ request, must be able to provide a copy of such written consent and agreement from the rights owner.
– Correct entry information is the responsibility of the applicant.>
– The winner will get S$ 3,500 with the potential to get the script bought for S$ 15,000.

Eligibility:
– Pitch Entries are eligible to enter the selection process if the Pitch Entry is a new and original concept, which has not been commissioned or broadcast on any other platforms yet and for which the worldwide rights are still available. 
– Reed Exhibitions reserves the right to disqualify a Pitch Entry, if such eligibility requirements are not met. If a Pitch Entry is disqualified for such reasons, no refund of any kind will be granted.

The ATF Animation Pitch is the premier pitching competition for individuals, students and small to medium sized companies with new & innovative concepts in animation, targeting kids. This is a platform that showcases Asian originality, and exposes ideas for export and development within and outside of the region.

General Rules:
– Open to all creators and producers across Asia Pacific (under the banner of a company or otherwise) to present their new and original animation concept/ work.
– The working language is English.
– Applicants should be of a minimum age of 16 and above.
– Pitch Entries must not contain third party copyrighted materials, images or music without the applicant first obtaining all necessary licenses, clearances, releases and/or permissions. Applicants who do not hold copyright ownership of the Pitch Entry or any elements contained within, must obtain written consent and agreement from the rights owner to be bound by the Rules and at Reed Exhibitions’ request, must be able to provide a copy of such written consent and agreement from the rights owner.
– Correct entry information is the responsibility of the applicant.
– The winner will receive a S$ 3,500 cash award.

Eligibility:
– Pitch Entries are eligible to enter the selection process if the Pitch Entry is a new and original concept which has not been commissioned or released on linear television or non-linear television yet and for which the worldwide rights are still available.
– Adaptations of books, plays, games or any other source material written by another author are not eligible under any circumstances. A script that you have adapted from individual’s own book, play, or other source material is eligible if the applicants have retained all IP rights to the property.

The ATF Formats Pitch is the premier formats pitching competition for creators and producers of new and original, unscripted (non-fiction) entertainment formats. This is a platform to flaunt the best of Asia and expose ideas for development and export within the region, and the world.

General Rules:
– Open to all creators and producers from Asia Pacific (under the banner of a company or otherwise) to present their new and original, non-scripted entertainment formats.
– The working language is English.
– Applicants should be of a minimum age of 16 and above.
– Correct entry information is the responsibility of the applicant.
– The winner will receive a S$ 3,500 ($ 2,500 USD) cash award to develop the idea.

Eligibility:
– Pitch Entries are eligible to enter if the Pitch Entry is a new and original formats concept which has not been commissioned or broadcast on linear television or non-linear television yet and for which the worldwide formats rights are still available.
– Reed Exhibitions reserves the right to disqualify a Pitch Entry, if such eligibility requirements are not met.
