Heart of Fire by Sun Jonghoon – South Korea | 2016 – 22 min.

Yeonjeong is a would-be actress, and an audition for a firefighter’s role is suddenly scheduled. To show her passion for performance, she goes to the audition clad as a firefighter, only to be scolded by the AD and the scripter.

The Distance between us by Lee Jung-gon – South Korea | 2016 – 27 min.

Seonduk Arts High school sets a “moral distance rule”, forbidding physical contact between boys and girls. The school recommends Byeonchan and Seohyun, who have been meeting for 700 days, to transfer to another school because of this rule.

In some provinces in the Philippines, boys are circumcised at 10 by a man called mang tutuli. When Rene-boy, the son of mang tutuli Itoy, flees his circumcision, his shame forces him to face the ultimate challenge: proving to his macho father that he’s a man.
