The Busan International Kids and Youth Film Festival (BIKY) will be accepting films from February 11th until March 19th, 2019. Here you can find more information about their call for entry.

BIKY is the one of the best festivals that has provided a venue for children and teenagers to communicate through various films from all around world. BIKY has one competition called ‘Ready~Action!’ for films directed by children and teenagers. BIKY aims to discover films by young directors and develop new contents in the relevant fields for the future.

General Rules: (Call will open on February 11th, 2019)
– Films directed by adults will be screened at the Non-competitive section.
– Films directed by children and teenagers (age of 6-18) will be screened at the Ready-Action! Competition. Short films should be completed between 2018 and 2019. Short Films should not exceed 30 minutes.
– Submissions can be done via FilmFreeway.
– Submission Fee: FREE
– Deadline: March 19th, 2019.

14vo Festival Internacional de Cine Infantil y Juvenil de Busan – Convocatoria 2019

El Festival Internacional de Cine Infantil y Juvenil de Busan (BIKY) acepta películas hasta el 19 de Marzo de 2019. Aquí podrás encontrar más información sobre la convocatoria.

Sobre el festival:
BIKY es uno de los mejores festivales de cine que ha brindado un espacio para que los niños y adolescentes se comuniquen a través del lenguaje cinematográfico. El festival tiene la particularidad de tener una sección dedicada a los film dirigidos y producidos por niños y adolescentes. El festival tiene como objetivo descubrir películas de jóvenes directores y desarrollar nuevos contenidos para el futuro.

Reglas Generales:
– Las películas de directores adultos basadas o que estén relacionadas con la infancia y la adolescencia son aceptadas y se proyectaran como Fuera de Competencia.
– Las películas de directores jóvenes y adolescentes (6 a 18 años) serán proyectadas en sus respectivas categorías.
– Los cortometrajes deben estar producidos entre 2018 y 2019.
– Los cortometrajes deben tener menos de 30 minutes.
– La inscripción al festival es via FilmFreeway.
– Costo de la Convocatoria: GRATIS
– Fecha límite: 19 de Marzo de 2019
