A teenage boy and a girl have their first date in a park. Hesitant and shy at first, they soon discover each other, get closer and end up falling in love. But as the sun goes own, it is time to separate.

Three young Palestinian women are caught between hometown tradition and big city abandon. The price they must pay for a lifestyle that seems obvious to many: the freedom to work, party, fuck, and choose.

The Seed of Violence by Lim Taegue – South Korea | 2017 – 82 min.
Jooyong fails to expose abuses he had suffered from his senior. When every member of his platoon gets passes, the senior starts searching for the culprit who tried to report him.

Saem by Hwang Kyuil – South Korea | 2017 – 108 min.
Dusang who suffers from prosopagnosia comes up to Seoul to look for his first love Saem. Three different women come across his path soon after he arrives. To Him, they all appear to be Saem.

Happy Bus Day by Lee Seungwon – South Korea | 2016 – 113 min.
For final birthday party, a family gathers in the house of eldest son, a monster. Mother asks each of them to stay in the monster’s room for 10 minutes. Each person puts down personal wounds and secrets.

Juwon, a personal assistant, has helped Kyung-min, a visually impaired woman for a year. Her feeling for Juwon is more than just gratitude. Juwon, however, decides to steal Kyungmin´s guide dog to pay for her boyfriend’s debt.

Sangwoo comes home for the 49th day ceremony after his mom´s death. While new town projects are in full swing, his dad secretly plants seasoned cabbage: Bomdong in his old land, which annoys his son.

NETPAC Award
The Painter’s View by Kim Heechul – Sotuh Korea | 2017 – 61 min.
A documentary on a Korean painter Lee Jungseob. After the Korean War broke out, Lee and his family left Wonsan to flee to Jeju. While his wife and sons stay in Tokyo, Lee settles in Busan by himself.
Documentary Award
Blue Butterfly Effect by Emmanuel Moochil Park – South Korea | 2017 – 93 min.
A small county Seongju staged protests against the THADD. Young mothers led protests from concerns about their kids and the exposure to radiation. Gradually, they learn the system is good for nothing.
Daemyung Culture Wave Award
Loser’s Adventure by Ko Bongsoo – South Korea | 2017 – 105 min.
Daepoong High’s wrestling team is in danger of disbanding due to lack of players. The coach tries to persuade the principal so that his two players can compete in tournaments. Only two weeks left!
