PDFF was started in 2000 as the film festival for people with disabilites. Now they are screening the films with Korean subtitles and descriptive video service for support their right of savoring culture. Last year, 8 films and 21 short films were screened during the festival and they tried to gurantee peoples’ right who has disabilities with hearing and vision. In comemmoration of the 19th in 2019, the title of festival was changed to PDFF and we tried to support for all attendees can have the valuable experience. It is the oldest film festival for people with disabilities in Korea and all movies from the festival are free as a non profit film festival.
