The UK Asian Film Festival is accepting short films until December 18th, 2018. Here you can find more information about their call for entry.

The UK Asian Film Festival Short Film Competition has been established since 2005. The short film competition and screening are just one element of the week long schedule of events devised to showcase and support the South Asian Independent Film and Arts, and this is your chance to get your film into the UK Asian Film Festival and be part of the vibrant programme.

General Rules:
– The Short Film Competition is open to films from directors, producers and actors from South Asia or have a South Asian connection.
– Films should not exceed the 10 minutes.
– The short film must adhere to the theme and can belong to the following categories: Fiction, Documentary or Experimental.
– Short Film’s theme must be “Revolution” (Definition: A forcible overthrow of a government or social order, in favour of a new system. Or an instance of revolving)”
– Films must be submitted via FilmFreeway.
– Submission Fee: $ 10 USD
– Deadline: December 18th, 2018
