Dear Asian filmmakers, the CHANEL x BIFF Asian Film Academy (Korea) is accepting short film projects until April 30, 2023. Twenty emerging Asian filmmakers will be able to participate in the program that includes short film production, workshops, mentoring and masterclasses. The completed short films by the fellows will be officially screened at the Busan International Film Festival.
5-STARS directed by James Wei will compete at the CINELEBU, Lebu International Film Festival (Chile) which will take place from February 11 – 13 in Lebu; from February 14 – 15 in Cañete; and from February 16 – 17 in Concepción.

The Sapporo International Short Film Festival & Market (Japan) is accepting international short films until April 16; Japanese shorts until April 30; and Japanese shorts (Premieres) until June 30, 2023.
The Singapore International Film Festival is accepting projects for the Asian-Short Film Grant (SEA-SHORTS) and the Southeast Asian-Documentary Grant (SEA-DOC) until January 31, 2023. *Only for filmmakers from Southeast Asia*
