Piling Obrang Vidyo (POV), UP Cinema’s annually hosted film festival, comes back on its 19th year featuring short films by student filmmakers from across the country. The festival will run from March 13-24, 2023 online and, for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic, onsite.
