In a world where you can rent everything from vending machines, a girl wants to be a guitarist, but people choose otherwise for her. (JIMFF 2022)

It’s about a woman who tries to overcome her limits. She tries everything in her power to come out of her shell. She becomes desperate and restless, submissive and patient. But she can’t help but feel anxious and scared no matter what. She hopes the light will lead her somewhere and save her from the darkness. The moment she thinks she’s free, the moment she thinks she’s overcome the limits, she falls deeper into the abyss. (JIMFF 2022)

Based on true events, Bestia explores the life of a secret police agent during the military dictatorship in Chile. Her relationship with her dog, her body, her fears, and her frustrations reveal a grim fracture of her mind and of the country. (JIMFF 2022)

During the pandemic, a grocery delivery man is busier than ever. He receives orders, fills shopping carts, and delivers packages. Receive, fill, deliver; from dawn to dusk, day in and day out. He navigates strange streets and knocks on unfamiliar doors. As he grows tired, a feeling of loneliness washes over him and he begins to feel defeated until he suddenly finds a thermal gun pressed to his forehead. (JIMFF 2022)

Why is there a wedding anniversary but not a divorce anniversary? My parents got divorced after 15 years. 2020 is the 15th year since they got divorced. As daughters, we want to throw a fantastic party to celebrate our mother’s 15 years since her divorce. (JIMFF 2022)
