The Lutas Film Festival is organized by the Foundation University, in cooperation with the NCCA and the FDCP. This festival aims to encourage and develop the culture of storytelling through film. It exposes aspiring filmmakers to a wider network of film industry leaders and storytellers in the Philippines. Aside from film screenings, lectures, workshops, and mentoring sessions, special awards were afforded to the films that possess artistry and creativity in the said art form.
