
Dear Asian filmmakers, the Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival (Belgium) is accepting feature films until February 17, 2023.
About the festival:
The Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival (BIFFF) was created in 1983 as a venue for horror, thriler and science fiction films. It takes place inBrussels, every year in March. Initially organized by Annie Bozzo, Gigi Etienne, Freddy Bozzo, Georges Delmote and Guy Delmote, it now has prizes in both feature length and short films, and also hosts an international body-painting competition.
The programme consists of Competition and Non-Competition sections and special events, such as workshops, masterclasses, Q & A, exhibitions, Make-up Contest, Body Painting Contest.
Eligibility:
– Films that inscribe themselves in the fantasy, science-fiction, horror or thriller genre will be taken into consideration.
Films should have been produced after January 1, 2022.
– Films should be at least Belgian Premieres. Only in exceptional cases will the selection committee allow films that have already been shown at another festival in Belgium to be screened at the BIFFF.
– All the films will have to be in Original Version and subtitled in French or in Dutch or, if need be, in English.
– Submission Fee: FREE
– Deadline: February 17, 2023
