Dear Asian filmmakers, the NZ Mountain Film Festival (New Zealand) is accepting films until April 20, 2023.

About the festival:
The NZ Mountain Film Festival is a competitive event bringing the best adventure films on the worlds remote places, extreme sports and their spirit of adventure from around the world to the alpine village of Wanaka, New Zealand. The festival provides an opportunity for filmmakers to showcase their work, receive merit an win cash prizes.

Eligibility:
– The festival accepts feature and short films related to adventurous sports or people and is set in the world’s mountains, lakes, rivers, oceans or skies. This year’s theme is Adventurous Sports and Lifestyles.
– Films must either be in English, or have English subtitles.
– Entries MUST be accompanied by a short summary of the film.
– Submission Fee: Feature Films NZ $ 25 | Short Films under 5 minutes FREE
– Deadline: April 20, 2023
– Notification Date: June 1, 2023

We remind readers that the 21st NZ Mountain Film Festival will take place from June 23 – 30, 2023 in Wanaka and Queenstown; and online from June 23 – July 23, 2023.
