Dear Asian filmmakers, the Cosquín International Independent Film Festival (Argentina) is accepting films until February 3, 2023.

About the festival:
“Cinema is art, it is teamwork and it is communication. It is also a form of identity creation, both individual and collective.
The generation of new spaces and screens throughout the country is a way of making films, short films and other audiovisual pieces circulate, making them available to viewers who otherwise would not have easy access to them.
Thus, with the creation of this new screen, such as the Cosquín International Independent Film Festival, we seek to bring to this region of the country the new views that are generated year after year in different parts of Argentina and the world.” – FICIC

Categories:
Feature Film Competition: Open to national and International films of all genres with a length above 60 minutes.
Short Film Competition: Open to national and International films of all genres with a length below 30 minutes.

Eligibility:
– The festival is open to international films both short (below 30 minutes) and feature films (above 60 minutes).
– The festival accepts all kind of genres (narrative, documentary, experimental, and animations).
– Films must have been produced between 2021 – 2023.
– Films that already participated in past editions are illegible.
– Films must contain English subtitles.
– Submission must be done via MOVIBETA.
– Submission Fee: $ 15 Euros for International films (the submission platform may charge you other fees)
